昱辉阳光集团（Renesola）成立于2005年，2008年于美国纽交所上市（股票代码SOL）。2013年实现全球销售额15亿美金。作为绿色节能产品品牌供应商，昱辉阳光致力于为全球EPC，安装商及节能项目工程提供专业的产品与服务。
过去8年中，Renesola以自己的专利技术、规模经济和技术优势为基础，使用自主研发技术和垂直一体化商业模式，为客户提供高质量、低成本的产品。Renesola在全球售出7GW太阳能产品，为数千个项目提供发电支持并扩张海外营销服务网络，目前已经在14个国家设立了44个分支机构，具备本地办公、仓储、物流及服务一体化能力。
